Booking Deposit:

$40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any appointment

The deposit will be applied toward your final service balance
We reserve the right to refuse service due to:

Disrepectful or unsafe behavior

Conditions that may damage our equipment or team
Payment Terms:

Full Payment is due upon completion of service

Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit (6-9% fee), Mobile apps (Zelle, Cash app, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay)

50% Late Fee applies to account balances not paid within 7 days
Photo & Video Release:

We may document vehicles with photos & videos for Quality Control & Portfolio/Marketing purposes

No Personal information will be shared without the clients consent

Pre-Existing damage (scratches, rust, dents, etc)

Failures from aftermarket parts or modifications

Relocation fee of $100 if we need to move and start again (public parking lots included)
Weather Policy: We notify clients of possible weather distruptions. If a client proceeds against our advice, the service is considered final. We are not responsible for re-cleaning or finishing do to the weather conditions
